This goal has refined the MDG by creating targets that establish a worldwide earnings floor, a social protection system, access to economic resources and necessary technology, and the necessary follow-through of governments to implement appropriate policy to assist their citizens.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
